Yes,I had that sunburn sensation down my arm after lymph node removal and mastectomy. I think it might be a nerve pain thing from having nerves cut under the arm. It went away after a little while.Fun n games ay!! Tonya xx

Thanks Kristy really appreciate that. Wasn't prepared for that pain and sensitivity but like you said it is easing but it certainly makes you anxious when people go near your arm/area. As I said to my sister in a few weeks my mind will be taken off this and onto chemo!!

I feel for you regarding the pain.

I know exactly how you feel. I had it really bad post bilateral mastectomy.

I only had 1 lymph node out but it was the feeling of sunburn on my chest and arm then as if it was getting rubbed with sandpaper!! Ouch!

It would get me so down and many sleepless nights.

I found when I rubbed bio oil on my chest and arm the pain did sooth slightly or a cool shower.

 I am sorry as I am not much help. I fell for you and I hope it eases shortly for you.
