Hi does anyone know how I can relieve the sunburnt feeling/pain in my arm and body post mastectomy and lymph gland removal. Has anyone else had this?

I feel for you regarding the pain.
I know exactly how you feel. I had it really bad post bilateral mastectomy.
I only had 1 lymph node out but it was the feeling of sunburn on my chest and arm then as if it was getting rubbed with sandpaper!! Ouch!
It would get me so down and many sleepless nights.
I found when I rubbed bio oil on my chest and arm the pain did sooth slightly or a cool shower.
I am sorry as I am not much help. I fell for you and I hope it eases shortly for you.
