I agree with all the above wise responses. Chemo is shit...there's no getting around that, but I read a quote which I've posted before, but I think it bears repeating. This was what a pediatric oncologist wrote. "Chemotherapy is like using a flamethrower to get rid of the weeds in your garden. It does an excellent job on the weeds....unfortunately many other pretty plants also get destroyed in the process". So true.
