Its like we became old ladies virtually overnight with all these aches and I kind of resent it. Exercise is great but I have to take it slow first thing in the morning. Don't want to accidentally tear something lifting without a warm up first. Its not quite as bad lately since I have been taking bio magnesium. Hot flushes, I have a wet t towel with me always. Nasty in town if I have left home and forgotten it. I also take a water bottle and drink copious amounts of water.
