Hi there ladies thanks heaps for your help and advice. I do sleep in aircon and that helps but when I'm out OMFG!! I wasn't sure if we are allowed to technically drop
the f bomb on this forum!! I will try the tumeric only took the Panadol osteo once as it didn't help. Maybe I need to take it more regularly. I do exercise every day and that does help and will try the swimming. Am seeing ex phys this week. Was shitting myself I had a recurrence but am relieved you guys still have some issues with it. Although really wish none of us had any of it. Thanks heaps again. Margie
