The flushes are cruel. I thought I'd finished with them, then I had my ovaries removed...My best 'hack' is keep a couple of really soft old towels by the bed and put one over your pillow. You can mop up the mess and keep your pillows from getting soaked then replace them during the night. I seem to be able to do a swap in my sleep.
