Ovarian cyst & petrified

Hope all goes well. My first reaction to cyst is that I had one removed in my early 20s and since then nothing: I have asked my oncologist about hysterectomy and he doesn't recommend this: and then went on to joke and say "how about removing the spleen?"  But that's just his opinion on my clinical picture and I like how nothing is automatic and low key.  Wouldn't suit everyone.  My gp said none of her other women with my kind of bc have had hysterectomy.
