Hi @ara It depends on where in NSW you are but quite a few public hospitals offer free radiotherapy. Here in Newcastle, the Mater Hospital does it and I know a few people who had theirs done there and had no problem with it. One of them had done her chemo and surgery in a private hospital but it was no problem to go public for the radio.
