One week diagnosed

Good morning all

This is my 1st post. I was diagnosed last Friday with invasive lobular carcinoma. I still feel like im talking about someone else. I cant/wont let this beat me. I have an 11 yr old daughter who has fetal alcohol spectrum disorder and will most likely never live independently.  I am also a recovering alcoholic and pray this doesn't weaken my resolve.  I am 10 yrs "dry"

When will it feel real to me?
