Whatever you do have to give should be for you right now. Absolutely be kind to yourself. The members and the online team are here to support you any way we can. Whether it be one, two or 10 people that you may reply to on the Online Network, you have helped them out and that's more than we can ever ask for. Christine has suggested some great things if and when you may be interested in giving them a try.
