Nose still running

It's not very pretty - but a lot of people with runny noses (from covid, colds, flu etc) are using the Salt Nasal Sprays ... like this one. It clears all the mucous out of your sinus ... lean over the sink to do it. they are about $10-15 for a set
It comes with small sachets of salt, which, when mixed with slightly lukewarm water & squeezed up one nostril (it goes thru your whole sinus & out the other nostril) .... and has been shown to reduce covid symptoms too (which makes sense, as it is getting rid of the 'infected mucous' at least daily ...)
Doing it at night would make more sense - as that is when you 'inhale' the mucous into your lungs, causing the cough ...
