no 2 surgery

well i had my hypnotherapy yesterday and so far i haven't had a smoke yet see how i go feeling a bit anxious but i suppose thats normal....tomorrow im back off to hospital for no 2 operation to take more surrounding tissue and a few more lymph nodes i'm going to be glad to get this one over with thats for sure ...... ok well thats it your ll up to date and ill see you on the other side hopefully with good results..............

    Hey Sharon

    My mum had hypnotherapy for smoking and gave up... but she was told to relax..... got so good at it she had nana naps :)
