no 2 surgery
well i had my hypnotherapy yesterday and so far i haven't had a smoke yet see how i go feeling a bit anxious but i suppose thats normal....tomorrow im back off to hospital for no 2 operation to take ...

My mum had hypnotherapy for smoking and gave up... but she was told to relax..... got so good at it she had nana naps :)
