Nearly a year clear but new lump

hi lovely ladies ??

So I will be a year cancer free in May ,I've had double mastectomy and Lat Dorsi recon ,few probs in between but nothing I can't handle.About a week ago I have found a new lump ,in my armpit feels just like the one that was in my killer boob.Have ultrasound on Monday then I suppose an FNA after that.I am fine though,everyone else seems more nervous than me,I even returned to work for first time since last May today.I am telling myself I am just fighting a virus.Realistically though,anyone else got experience with this?

    It's a worry isn't it? I found one under my arm before I had even finished chemo! Serious panic. Turned out to be a schwannoma! Little UTTERLY BENIGN , completely unrelated tumour! So take heart, the body is both wonderful and a bit strange and your lump may be nothing to worry about. Here's crossing my fingers it will be so.

    Could be just a fatty cyst, I have had a couple of them. Never real big in the armpit tho, just blocked hair follicles really.
