Hi Mel. I took Pramin for nausea and it worked well for me.
Constipation was a massive issue for me throughout chemo. Coloxyl with senna just wasn't cutting the mustard, so on my GP's advice I ended up taking Osmolax and it was fantastic. It got me going enough to make me comfortable-ish! It's a very neutral tasting powder so you can very the dose until you find the right amount for you.
I also ate half a dozen prunes everyday! Good luck, K xox
