Hi all :) my name is julz and im 30 single with a three and a half year old son. My journey began in 2009 when I was diagnosed with low grade phyllodes. It was removed but clear margins were not achieved and my surgeon didn't think it was necessary to perform another op it returned after the birth of my son in 2010 and in 2011 I got a second opinion with a fantastic surgeon and had it removed the next week then further surgery to get clear margins. Since then I have had surgery every year to remove lumps some fibroadenoma some low grade phyllodes. My last op was September last year. I discovered a lump at the start of this year and have since had ultrasound and core biopsy, my results have come back as malignant pt. I am booked in for mastectomy next thursday (they are removing my nipple) and have been told I will be having radiation therapy after I recover.
