My new pink boob:):)

Today in the mail,I received my absolutely gorgeous new crocheted boob! It is soft,pale pink and looks fabulous.I want to say a huge thankyou to Christine M on this blog,who made them.She has sent me two,even though I only need one.There is also extra soft stuffing that I can put into it if I feel they need it.Later on today,when my daughter comes home,I will get her to take a photo of me wearing my new boob.(under my clothes of course) but I can tell you already that with my Best n Less ahh bra,it looks unreal! You would never know the difference,and it's so lightweight.So thankyou again Christine.You are VERY clever!!! Big hug xoxRobyn

    I have changed my profile pic to show me wearing my new boob!! It's the best I can do cause we couldn't work out how to put a photo on the blog post!! I'm so thrilled with it !!Thanks again Christine.xxxRobyn.From memory Tonya,Christine was telling me last week that she has just done some for a lady with a C cup. x

    Fantastic news that you have received your new 'girls' - I knew you'd be pleased with them.  Once before you said you found the Amoena one too hot so I was pleased when you made the enquiry.

    Thank you for posting about your new pink boob.  I have been trying to get the message out via this website that these fantastic cotton boobs are available but BCNA doesn't seem to be interested - but then they've never had to wear silicone all day !

    As I said on my 'Cotton Prosthesis' blog I have worn mine on a 38 degree day and found the cotton so much more comfortable.

    ChristineM is a special lady with very special talents and a very big heart to make these for us in need of alternatives.

    It sounds good- probably knitted with cotton yarn I'm guessing. Not sure how it would go if you are c cup and over?I find I need the weight of the prosthesis to feel even/balanced.But yes,my chest is hot and sweaty from it in this humid Sydney weather.Am keeping well,just need to lose a few kilos ; ) xx

    lol PG rated picture! Yes Tonya it has a nipple!! I have been wearing it all day,and it's pretty humid in Sydney today right? I have been out and about,and it hasn't moved around or bothered me one bit! By now,my Amoena one would be feeling so hot and heavy.I am really pleased with this.Its not only a novel idea,but it's really practical too!!Christine didn't tie off the opening,incase I wanted to add some filling or take some out.I am actually going to take out a tiny bit.Hope you are doing well Tonya.xoxRobyn
