I would be interested too to hear from anyone on this trial. I see that BCNA ran a notice about this trial already but I didn't see it unfortunately as I would have been keen to go on it. Too late now apparently. What are your side effects? I hope you feel better soon ... If this treatment works it will be really important for those with high risk early disease to prevent metastasis.

Hi I’ve been on the trial for 8 months now and am learning to live with the side effects. Nausea and diarrhea treated with medication and we are on top of it now. Grateful to be part of the trial and receiving the drug despite the side effects. I believe they might be making the trial larger. Worth investigating.
If you missed out on MonarchE but keen to do something similar, then NATALEE trial has just arrived in Oz and is looking at another CDK4/6 inhibitor with AI. Ask your breast nurse or oncologist if you could get enrolled at a hospital near you :)
