Good morning all I'm still struggling with new site, thanks summer for the info to use google crome much better.
My question is I can get to messages but cant read them and I don;t get a notification of messages like before. Please can someone help.
I'm hoping people can read this as the other day I put something on and it isn't there

Well Im glad you get a response Robyn. I have been trying to log in since they flicked the switch & sent copious emails to Daina with no response as usual. I posted one politically incorrect complaint i think back in August 2014 and have had really no support or help since them. I'm now undergoing radiation and have survived with no support from bcna whatsover. Thanks to you though Robyn & Deanne for the few times we were able to connect. If only they had improved this website to be more instantaneous like a chat room instead of waiting 24 hours for a notification. I'll never be donating again if this is what they use the money for.
- Hi Donna,I know what you mean,and I have been quite vocal the last couple of weeks about it .However,I am actually starting to get used to it.I think we are all so reliant and connected by the online network,and anything that appears to threaten 'our' blog,is not welcomed at all.Please dont give up,because you are one of the main people on this network.Cheers Robyn.xox
- Daina thanks for your message:) I feel that things are finally falling into place,and the only thing that I still have a problem with is accessing notification of replies on messages.However I saw tonight that this is one of the things that you are working on,so I will wait patiently;) Thanks for your daily updates,I think theyREALLY help .Cheers xoxRobyn
- Hi, To test, I just went to your Profile page, and all your posts were there, plus comments on each. However, it was necessary to scroll down quite a way underneath your post until they appeared. Hope you can find them. x MichelleR
I too, can't read any messages or comments to my posts. I can see that it says I have "9 comments", but even when I try to view them through the "Messages" icon, the link just takes me to my original post and still no comments to view. Very frustrating as I'm waiting on these comments before I proceed with medical appointments. I'm hoping to hear that this will soon be resolved but am also heading elsewhere for support.
I admit to having issues of not being able to access posts, so I gave up. I haven't been on hear for a couple of weeks and I do not like the new look or feel. Its not intuitive at all.
- It's a real hit and miss at the moment. Sometimes a reply shows up and sometimes it doesn't!!Robyn
Yes Christine that's the bit that I don't get. It was so good before I thought, Who did they consult before they changed it ?I wrote 3 replies last night, and each time they just disappeared !! This is certainly a test of our patience xxxRobyn
