I don't know if it's the same for Arimidex, but Femara is only supplied one month at a time, so that is $30.99 (or up to $38+ at some Chemists) a month. Where as when I was on Tamoxifen it was supplied in 2 month amounts. That is why Femara is much more expensive for me than Tamoxifen was. Almost double.
