Mastectomy done

No-one, but no-one, gets a rest in hospital. Once I shared a room with a rather strange lady who left her TV on all night! 24 hours. No amount of hinting got her to turn it down or off so I was forced to complain. Which made me feel like the inconsiderate one. Most nurses are great if overworked, but quite a few are useless at canulas or taking blood, and I have had to learn to get a bit stroppy - at one time I was getting 4 blood tests a week. In that circumstance you can't afford to have everyone taking 5 goes!
