Lumps n bumps
quick question which is probably irrelevant but for moving forward. If I have lumps that pop up again is my go first course of action or breast care nurse at hospital? Asking generallybut I have another lump which might be a cyst ? Anyway have gp appointment in the morning but nervous as all f*** right now.

- I was so convinced it was going to be bad. My dr apologised and said sorry I wanted to tell you face to face. Noice. A it’s ok at the start of the recall would be ace though. I was planning a day off work tomorrow and now don’t have a reason to not go. So will go and make it a good day at work.

- Lack of sleep makes everything worse.
- Soooo had mamo and ultrasound on both sides and results are at drs but can't get in until Thursday night. I called back to see if I could see another dr over the weekend but noooooo. So to quote Dh ' it must be okay then' I am going with that until further notice I slept through the night last night after having nightmares Friday. So feeling much better. Crazy how much lack of sleep effects everything else. Will confirm Thursday all okay.
