This site gently motivates us to be positive, if not for our own sakes, then for others. But the darker side is also an honest and legitimate response. I got terrified of ending up in a wheelchair at one point, it didn't happen and I will always bear that in mind. But I don't forget how I felt either. Take care, Alison.
