Letrozole(Femara) +Zoledronic Acid (Zometa)

I am to start 5yrs of Letrozole(daily pill) and Zoledronic Acid (6 monthly intravenous) in a few  weeks. The side effect sheets make for crappy reading as usual and am keen to hear anyone's experience...
