Letrozole(Femara) +Zoledronic Acid (Zometa)
I am to start 5yrs of Letrozole(daily pill) and Zoledronic Acid (6 monthly intravenous) in a few weeks. The side effect sheets make for crappy reading as usual and am keen to hear anyone's experience...

I’m just about to start my 10th year of Femara, but haven’t had Zoledronic Acid. I have some side effects but none of the usual ones (such as joint pain, aches, fatigue) so will soldier on to complete the 10 years recommended for me! There will be a BIG celebration when I stop!
