Hi @123439
I was previously on letrazole and got joint pain and trigger thumb but no impact on my sleep.
I have always been a good sleeper and have followed some rules to help:
1. No coffee after 11am ( never kept me awake until I went through menopause).
2. Get plenty of fresh air and exercise.
3. Don’t have any electronic devices in the bedroom.
4. Try and go to bed at roughly the same time every night.
Of course medication can cause a change - worth discussing with your GP and medical team.
On a side note - I recently had a session of reflexology given to me as a freebie and I actually fell asleep on the table!
All the best.
