Letrozole sleep side effects

Hi @123439 - SO sorry to see you here, but feel free to tell us a bit more of your story so far .....
Sadly, Letrozole can definitely affect your sleep (as do some of the other AIs) but not everyone gets the same side effects. How long have you been on it? Sleep deprivation is debilitating!
I ended up trying Medicinal Cannabis Oil at night - and it has helped to both 'take the edge' off the aches & pains & also assist with sleep. My Onc has given me a letter saying why I am on it, in case I am pulled over for a roadside test .... so definitely worth a try. Or you can check with your GP/Onc re what they may suggest?
