Thanks arpie. I also have my right arm that is unusually sore too( the side of my lumpectomy) so it makes it hard to do strengthening exercises. I bought a hobie pedal canoe just before i was diagnosed with cancer and it is sitting in the garage just waiting to be launched. I should get it up and running. looks so much fun and i don't need to use my arm!
