I have been on letrozol for about 3 months and I have really bad heel pain. I have noticed my feet getting sore by the end of the day but gradually getting worse to the point where i cannot put my foot on the ground. I am finding this really depressing as walking is my main form of exercise and you literally can't do much at all without the use of your feet. My joints all over my body are a bit stiff but my feet are ridiculous. Does anyone else suffer sore feet(heels)?
