Less than fantastic service

Hi, I am booked to have my radiation at radiation oncology Victoria and am getting faffed around with machines not working, was told I needed 30 doses of radiation, then 25 doses and now it is back up to 30 but apparently they have now miscalculated the bill! Has anybody else had a similar experience or am I just special?
