Last day radiation/first Zoladex injection
Hi everyone,
Very happy to say I had my 25th and final radiation treatment today, I had mepitel film and have to say I have come out of it in great shape, only slightly red with no burns.
Had my first Zoladex injection. The nurse put numbing cream on first, I felt the needle going in but it didnt hurt. Now I need to wait and see if I have any side effects, everything crossed that I dont.
Wow, what a big 3 1/2 months, going from thinking I am healthy to having an operation, radiation treatment and now hormone therapy for a few years.
Life can certainly change in the blink of an eye.
