LAST CHEMO
Last Chemo coming up on 22/03, I know I should feel happy about that but cant help feeling nervous instead.

It's great that you have had not too bad a time with Chemo. I think a lot of us have that 'what now?' feeling at the end of treatment.
It helped me to think about the things I could do to stay well now that the doctors had done their bit.Looking after your general health is a great start. So I try to eat a healthy diet and get regular exercise.
Exercise is one of those things that research has shown can make a difference to your chance of staying cancer free.
Then you can make sure that you keep up your scheduled check-ups with your doctors too and follow any of their recommendations.
It does get easier to feel better about things as time passes. I am over 2 years from the end of treatment and making the most of being well. Hope the last chemo goes well. Take care. Deanne xxx
