So sorry for your diagnosis .
I am an old chook compared to you (65 - 62 at diagnosis) and don’t have kids but found telling my family really tough - especially my hubby .
With chemo it seems really variable - some people sail through it and others really suffer with side effects.
The important thing is to let the medical team know as they can see if they can alleviate any side effects.
Also if you do suffer side effects take any help offered.
I it might be worth you joining the private group on here for young people with breast cancer - just call the hotline if you need help with that.
I do recall reading one lady set up a group of friends and family to provide practical assistance ( shopping/ childcare/ cooking etc) via an app .
