Ki 67's Test
Hi , I am just wondering if anyone has received this test as a normal after ops , chemo and radiation . TIA

It was ordered for me after my initial biopsy showed there would be a need for it i.e. they did the Ki67 test on the tissue they extracted from my lumpectomy. This meant I had to wait 2 weeks before my final pathology results before they could determine what treatment I would get i.e. chemo. The reason for the delay is that they have to freeze the tissue sample which takes a few days. I have to admit the waiting really did my head in. Hope you get your results soon.
