Yes - all.out of my head and now ready to 'deal with' ??
I am driving myself there and if I am still here come Tuesday then I will drive myself back home. It is not that bad - 40min or so usually and frankly not like I am running a race so will make sure I have a lot of barf bags in the car and will take it easy.
They reckon at the hospital (well the person who informed me need to be there said it) that as I am staying the night driving home is not an issue. She reckons a lot of women drive home or to work the day off so I guess if I get through the treatment and the initial 24hrs I should be OK to drive when discharged.
I am not stupid to drive if not up to it so if I feel I am not up to it I can always leave the car there and a taxi...
Planning to be independent and self reliant but to ensure I am safe ?
