Jumping to conclusions - how dare they!
Hi Ladies - one thing I really hate is the town where we have to stay, while I have radiotherapy - talk about a town full of anal retentives! I will tell you the name of the town so you don't waste your money visiting the place! Ballarat! I can't imagine they are too worried about their tourism their, their too busy being pigs to everyone!
Yesterday I got into trouble at radiotherapy for (get this!) being late! I was first cab off the rank in the morning, and as they condesendingly patronised me for 'sleeping in' (which I bloody didn't!) I finally got a word in and said "If you unlocked the doors and let me in I wouldn't be standing out in the cold at 7.30 in the morning standing outside 'your LOCKED' entrance! Thank you very much!" "Oh, Oh, really?" they replied quite astonished (yeh, suck on that I thought to myself! teach you to 'jump to conclusions' - Sleep in my fat a**!) I was really, really annoyed - I had done the right thing - what a way to start the day! Its not my fault I was locked out and hanging around the electronic doors like a drunk at a wedding - freezing my one and a half tits off!
My hubby and I seem to always be doing the wrong thing, don't go here, don't do that, don't park there bla bla bla! what a miserable town - every where the cars are flying past, rules, rules and more rules! I was so darn glad to get home today! At least we can do what we want, and this tiny (home) town everyone is so relaxed and easy going. After we arrived home and settled in, we headed up to our local for a counter lunch (YUM!) it was like we hadn't been away.
So ladies - I have three more weeks to go - (oh, talk about pulling teeth!) I just want to be home! and to make sure we don't get caught out like last week (when we had travelled over 4/5ths of the way to find out the machine was broken) I am going to RING FIRST! x x x Josie
