Thank you Samantha, Loretta, Tonya and Leonie, yes it sometimes defies description doesn't it - I guess I am starting to get to the point where I won't react so 'nicely' and may end up spitting a bit of serious venom (yay!) Your are right about me putting in a complaint (I jolly well will and all!) - we are going through enough crap at the moment - One poor lady who has just commenced radiotherapy and is staying at the same accomodation as us, has to travel a further 70 k's over and above what we travel - she has no one with her and her partner wasn't allowed time off to be with her - if he takes time out they will dock his pay - you just bloody wonder what the world is coming to don't you! There are some serious shit-heads out there that need a major kick up the Khyber Pass because they just don't 'get it'. Well my dears, keep writing and yes I haven't forgotten the Bald and the Beautiful! (it is seriously looking like a ripper of a read! - lol!) x x x Josie
