Were you on AC?. I'm having 4 cycles of AC then 12 weeks of taxol and 12 months of herceptin and 5 years of hormone therapy. I am happy with my bilateral and reconstruction snd happy that I did this from the start. I still have further expansion and the changeover yet but I am waiting until after chemo for this...and it looks pretty good anyway. They may do a dermal sling with a big expansion like with mine for you so less problems regarding skin stretch with radiotherapy.
