Immune system can take up to 9 months post chemo
We need to be careful to look after ourselves for at least 9 months post chemo a new study says. http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/305566.php
Interesting article.... I always thought we'd have to still take extra care after chemo... But what's even more interesting is the hormone blocker part! As my cancer is hormone receptive, maybe that part of my treatment may change by the time I get to it ???
