I was pumped up for 1st Chemo, sorry delayed a week.
Hi Ladies,
Well it has been another eventful week for me, not short of excitement around here at the mo. :o)
Last Friday, we were all systems go for egg collection and the magical 6pak of eggs ...
Not sure how I would feel if this had happened to me. The anticipation of starting something new is always daunting but of course you both have had both issues to deal with. You must be very strong. All you can do is "enjoy" your reprieve and maybe take the time to prepare for the start of chemo. I know that during chemo, on my good days, I would set myself up for the next round by either cooking and freezing food or going out and buying an assortment of choices. I ended up with a very full pantry and freezer but it was really good for those "horrible days" when I couldn't work out what it was I wanted to eat. XLeonie
