I HATE BLOOD TESTS
OK. I NEED TO VENT. Does anyone else dread the blood tests ? My veins are shot post chemo and it hurts :( I always seem to get the nurse at the path place who is hopeless and has difficulty getti...
I ask if there are any staff who can use the veins in my feet if I have to use a pathology service. BC V2 my veins were so fucked I had a port in, but most units can't access them
The people who will do feet are pediatric folk who are usually gentle. I had one viable vein in my arm which was embargoed for emergencies. The foot thing is interesting if only because the true professionals will do it. Personally, it's fine.
