I broke up with my oncologist today.
Or more to the point, she broke up with me. She said you've hit the 5 year mark and you don't have to come in anymore, you can stop the tablets whenever you'd like. :smile:
Thanks @Sister @gumnut & @arpie I'm both happy, and a bit sad about it all ending. I made some great friends with the staff at the hospital, and also with the transport people who took me in and brought me home. It was a life changing experience for me, not that I had cancer but because my breast care nurse got me support that I badly needed in another area of my life.
