I had hysto in feb but was given 8 weeks of work , don't rush back to soon even driving the car lifting a washing basket and vacuuming are usually a no no, my surgeon gave me a list of things not to do, unfortunately the hot flushes go with the territory, lol welcome welcome. Adean
