Thank you for that. Loving the idea of the frozen towel as a dress. I pretty much need that already. My nights are a misery and I havenāt started the tamoxifen yet. And already living on caffeine š©. I will keep the supplements in mind for joint pain.
And why oh why did I not treasure my oestrogen when I had the chance! I appreciated it, but not as much as I should have.
