Its incredible how weak you feel but in the next week or so quite a bit of strength should return. I still struggle with opening jars...so maybe a device for that would help. Start doing those exercises as recommended and you will improve rapidly. Regaular pain relief really helped to...I used panadol osteo x 3 times daily and found it really helpful. I needed tramadol too for a few weeks (couldn't have endone) the weird nipple sensation does seem to settle down....it's worse when cold. I had reconstruction also so I know my pain was a little worse than the normal but by week 5 it was good. I felt pushed to go at day 4 so pleased there was no pressure for you to go. They wanted me out in 48 hours, lol.
