@Artferret, Its good to know that someone is in their 4th year as well, the countdown has defiantly begun and well done to you! I have thought about having another break but I didn't want to lengthen the time on the exemestane, although I may need too. I usually have one month off and don't notice much relief, two- three months would be great but I may not want to get back on them! How do you go getting back on the letrozole after three months break? Thanks for your help
