Oh gee! You know what? I think it's natural your reaction, and it sounds like you've tensed right up with the fear and stress of it which makes it so much worse, I know when I get wound up it is way worse! Absolutely an exercise physiologist will help incredibly to get you moving and more flexible. What helps me is meditation to relax, also little things that nurture you like soft music or enjoying a cuppa somewhere peaceful. Whatever that is for you....try some things you'd be amazed at how things will relax a bit Xx Melinda
