I think I went 2 weeks before for pre admission. The revision surgery is to improve the shape. While the basic shape is there and plenty of tissue, the first surgery is mainly about moving the tissue and making sure it stays alive, they check the blood supply hourly. Now that we know the tissue transfer is successful, this next one will improve the shape. My breasts have turned out a bit square at the bottom, so he will pull the corners in and create more projection. The revision also clears up and skin folds and untidy scars. I believe it is more skin only adjustments so recovery is easy. I am not sure how long the hospital stay is though, but possibly only overnight. Then the nipples are done, when that's all healed, in the surgeons clinic, not hospital. Apparently only a short quick job. Then that's it. I am so stoked, it will be a great summer.
