hit by a bus

Ok I don't know what happen but from the moment I woke up today I felt as though I was hit by a bus I am so physically and mentally exusted .... I suppose it was coming poor tracey she is trying so hard to keep me busy and tring to get me to give up smoking and I know she is right but why is it so damm hard go figure you get told you have cancer you would think it would be a no brainer.... But no my hand still grabs for the packet time and time again.
We went for a walk along the beach and then went a did some shopping I was pushing myself but hour by hour I was feeling worse and worse and by the time I got home I had a splitting headache and I don't know why but I constantly feel queasy and I just can't seem to sleep witch makes the days so long .... I get so many great people sending me messages and they all ask me to lash out at them if I need to which is great but that is not something I can do I have to have those sort of discussions with myself lmao ..... (Ok self snap out of it)...
QUESTION does anyone have any suggestions on turning brain off by middnight so I can sleep as I think that everything wouldn't hurt so much if I could sleep.... It can't be before midnight cause I still have my wonder bingo to catch up with my groupies lol .... Ok I have had my winge now so that's it for today now it's time for a new day and today will be a good day

Do you have a Breast Care Nurse who has contacted you.  If not try and sus one out.  They are really good value "on the ground".  You will get lots of info from others on this site as well - if you ask. After you have had your surgery and you have recovered (not sure what type of surgery you are having) it is good to tap into local support groups.  I met some wonderful ladies and we eventually formed a dragonboat club.  (Can;t get on the river for a while though as it is in huge flood - Fitzroy in Rockhampton)  Don't do this alone - we are all here to support you on this journey.  I hear from your info that you have great friends as well as family.  I know it is hard for them to understand your pain but I'm sure they will lend a shoulder for you to lean on.  Scream if you need to - do whatever you want but always try to see the positives.   There is life after BC and it is a bloody good life.  Nothing will every be the same again - only better because you will see things very differently.  Take care and I hope to chat with you again.
