Might be worth a check up with your GP just to be on the safe side. I took Tamoxifen for 2 years and now on Femara. Occasional dizzy moments but only when standing up after sitting for a while and only momentary. 5 minutes is a long time to have this happen and it is scarey if it is happening while you are driving. Is it associated with hot flushes at all?
